HighLevel is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead and scale the SDET team, driving test automation across web, mobile, and API layers and partnering with Dev Managers to elevate engineering excellence.

The role requires substantial QA leadership experience, hands-on expertise with TypeScript and Playwright, and a strong background in CI/CD and cloud environments, plus GenAI-driven testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with proven experience managing and mentoring a large SDET team.
• Hands-on Test Automation Architect experience, ideally with TypeScript and Playwright.
• Deep expertise in automation design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and GenAI-driven testing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs focused on automation, performance, and reliability.
• Define and execute the end-to-end test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Champion shift-left testing and ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating closely with Dev Managers and Leads.
