Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Systems Management, or Telecommunications, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role.
• Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Systems Management, or Telecommunications, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role.
• Must have two (2) years of experience with QA testing and development using Python, C++, Javascript, or SQL; test automation framework development; CI/CD; performing root cause analysis; functional, stability, integration, or performance testing; and Git, mercurial source control management, presto, or testrail.

Responsibilities

• Perform software QA/testing duties in distributed systems; work with developers and QA teams on automation infrastructure.
• Create and deploy automated system tests to replicate real-world scenarios and improve testing efficiency.
• Develop test automation using coding and software development; review requirements to verify test plans and test cases.
