Job summary

Qualifications

• Have QA experience in enterprise applications or CRM-based solutions.
• Possess hands-on testing of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Have experience with scripting and test automation skills using Java and Selenium.
• Possess knowledge of API and performance testing tools.
• Be able to debug, troubleshoot, and provide clear bug descriptions.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Design and maintain test cases and automation frameworks.
• Execute API testing and performance testing.
• Participate in test planning and define quality strategy.
• Log, manage, and track defects using JIRA.
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results.

Skills

QA experience in enterprise applications
