Runpod is seeking a highly skilled SDET to join our remote-first QA team. You will design and implement automated testing for our large-scale, GPU-driven distributed platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and scale across global environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA automation, deep experience with cloud-native architectures, and strong programming skills in Python or Go. Join us to shape testing strategies for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Experience testing cloud-scale distributed systems focusing on reliability and performance.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks for microservices architectures.
• CI/CD, IaC, and automated deployment knowledge.
• Experience with load testing tools and observability stacks.
• Kubernetes and containerized apps testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation for cloud-scale systems.
• Architect performance, load, and stress tests to validate resilience.
• Build fault-injection and chaos engineering strategies.
• Execute end-to-end integration and system-level tests across microservices.
• Embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across teams.
• Analyze logs and telemetry to preempt failures and improve reliability.
• Lead automation of security testing and API validation.
