Runpod is seeking a highly skilled SDET to join a remote-first QA team. You will build scalable test automation for cloud-scale distributed systems, validate performance, and drive reliability across GPU pods, serverless endpoints, and batch jobs.

You will design end-to-end tests, integrate with CI/CD, and collaborate with SRE and infra teams. The role emphasizes automation, fault-injection, and data-driven quality improvements.

Formación

• 10+ years in QA Automation, SDET, or related technical field.
• Experience testing cloud-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong programming in Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks for microservices.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, and automated deployment.
• Experience with load testing tools and observability platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for cloud-scale distributed systems.
• Architect performance, load, and stress tests to validate resilience under high traffic.
• Build fault-injection and chaos engineering strategies for reliability.
• Develop end-to-end tests across microservices architectures.
• Implement CI/CD driven continuous testing within pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, SRE, and infra teams on quality practices.
• Analyze logs and telemetry to identify and mitigate failures before production.
• Drive automation of security testing and API contract validation.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production reliability issues.
