Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology seeks a Sr. Software Development in Test Engineer to build automated testing for ad systems.

You will craft UI/API/integration tests, drive test framework development, and partner with software engineers to improve quality and coverage across platforms. You will contribute to end-to-end testing, mentor peers, and help shape automation culture in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering reliable, scalable testing outcomes for Disney’s media

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software test development experience.
Proficiency with Python or other OO language.
Experience building or improving test automation frameworks.
Proficiency in CI/CD integration and pipeline development.
UI automation experience with Selenium/Robot/Watir.
Experience in Gherkin (BDD/TDD).
Strong knowledge of agile practices and software engineering.
BS in CS or equivalent

Responsibilities

Develop automated test frameworks and suites for UI, API and integration testing.
Collaborate with engineers to understand the advertising ecosystem.
Contribute to end-to-end acceptance tests and automate where possible.
Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues across teams.
Lead and participate in design discussions to improve testing scenarios.
