Responsibilities

• Create or improve automated testing harness and framework.
• Develop automated test code for projects.
• Draft, revise and approve test plans and scripts.
• Create test data with valid and invalid records to test program logic and verify system flow.
• Coordinate with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing.
• Ensure that tests are completed and documented, and problems are resolved using a CD model.
• Provide estimates for QA tasks.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Mentor less senior Developers in Test, if assigned.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
• Participate in Defect Management to identify and resolve issues.
• Influence design, testing and security measures to protect solutions.
• Comply with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risk and test for robustness and functionality in a CD model.
