Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Senior SDET for a contract-based project to build automated testing and release systems in an AWS-based environment. Focus areas include test automation, API and integration testing, performance and scalability testing, and CI/CD quality gates.

This is a remote US position working with engineering teams to ensure production readiness. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, design of reusable test infrastructures, and reducing flaky tests while ensuring reliable test

Qualifications

Strong experience as an SDET or similar engineering-focused testing role.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve automated testing architecture across products and teams.
Build and maintain automated API, integration, contract, end-to-end, regression, and UI tests where appropriate.
Develop reusable test frameworks, fixtures, synthetic data, mocks, and environment strategies.
Build automated testing for distributed services and integrations in AWS environments.
Design and execute load, stress, spike, soak, scalability, degradation, and recovery tests.
Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.
Create automated release checks tied to quality, latency, reliability, and performance.
