Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join the Revenue Action Orchestration (RAO) team, focusing on AI-first testing, AI-driven sales agent and forecasting capabilities, and high-quality enterprise-grade software. You will shape robust testing strategies and collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers.

The role emphasizes building scalable systems, validating LLM integrations, and delivering reliable AI-powered features for global sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Java fundamentals, especially data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) for quality responses.
• Proven track record delivering automation in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, AI/ML engineers, and data scientists.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation & Adoption: design, build, and maintain scalable, AI-first testing frameworks and automation suites for RAO workflows.
• Execute Quality Strategies: translate quality strategies into automation plans, validate LLM integrations, prompt accuracy, and deterministic behaviours.
• Hands-on Code Quality & White-Boxing: inspect code to identify quality gaps, fix test flakiness, and contribute to code quality.
• Human-in-the-Loop & Model Evaluation: implement evaluation processes for AI features including relevance, safety, and contextual accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with developers, product managers, and engineers within RAO to embed quality early in delivery lifecycle.
