Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Software Quality Lead as part of the LMTS within the Revenue Action Orchestration (RAO) team. You will champion AI-first testing, validate LLM-powered features, and implement robust automation to ensure scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.

You’ll collaborate with product, data science, and AI engineers to embed quality early in agile delivery, driving velocity and accuracy while reducing risk in complex AI-driven revenue solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Java fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience evaluating LLMs and AI-driven QA.
• Experience delivering automation in CI/CD environments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI-first testing frameworks and automation for RAO workflows.
• Translate quality strategies into actionable automation plans, focusing on LLM integrations and deterministic behavior.
• Perform white-box testing and contribute to fixing code and flakiness.
• Support evaluation of subjective quality dimensions for AI features, including relevance and safety.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to embed quality early in delivery lifecycle.
