Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior SDET I to design and implement robust testing strategies and automation for cross-team product features. You will own end-to-end automation roadmap and drive quality through AI-powered testing and modern QA practices.

You will collaborate with engineers, TPMs, and product leaders to scale automation, improve coverage, and accelerate releases in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in SDET, automation engineering, and quality tooling.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, reliable software through automation for frontend and backend systems.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and distribution validation tools.
• Experience with cloud-native QA automation architecture and AI-powered testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks for cross-team features.
• Own automation roadmap for one or more modules with goals and metrics.
• Identify testability gaps and drive quality improvements across teams.
• Build and maintain functional, performance, resiliency, and security automation tools in CI/CD.
• Design scalable test infrastructure for distributed systems and cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, and QA teams for coverage and releases.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and debugging.
• Develop AI-first automation workflows including self-healing automation.
• Drive autonomous QA via AI-assisted CI/CD validation and predictive quality analysis.
• Champion observability-driven testing and production validation practices.
