Job summary

Blink Health seeks a Senior SDET I to design and implement robust automated testing strategies for cross-team features. You will own end-to-end automation and drive quality improvements across technology stacks, including AI-assisted testing and CI/CD integration.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation, scalability, and collaboration with engineers, TPMs, and product owners to ensure reliable releases in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in SDET contributions, automation engineering and quality tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in testing methodologies, frameworks, debugging and distributed validation.
• Experience building and maintaining test infrastructure across platforms and services.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in SQL and Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, performance tools, observability, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks for cross-team features.
• Own automation roadmap for one or more modules with goals and metrics.
• Identify testability gaps and drive quality improvements.
• Build and maintain automation tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design scalable test infra for distributed, cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, platform and QA teams for coverage.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test creation and maintenance.
• Develop AI-first automation workflows and self-healing approaches.
• Drive autonomous QA and AI-assisted CI/CD validation and predictive quality.
• Champion observability-driven testing and production validation.
