Job summary

Socure in the United States is seeking a Senior SDET to advance automated quality across production and disaster recovery environments. You will design and build scalable test systems, validate critical workflows, and partner with QA, SRE, and engineering to improve observability and reduce incident noise.

The role requires 5+ years in QA automation, proficiency with Playwright/Jest/SuperTest, AWS, and programming in TypeScript, Python, or Java.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA automation, SDET, or software engineering.
• Experience building automated test frameworks.
• Strong cloud experience, AWS preferred.
• Familiar with observability and monitoring tools.
• Strong programming in TypeScript, Python, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated health checks for DR and production.
• Build pipelines for end-to-end business workflows.
• Develop intelligent alerting based on failures and user impact.
• Integrate logs, metrics, and traces with test frameworks.
• Develop AI/ML approaches to detect failure patterns.
• Build remediation actions for self-healing.
• Collaborate with QA, SRE, and Eng to improve reliability.
• Define and report SLAs and health indicators.
• Contribute to DR drills and readiness exercises.
