Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Sr. QA/SDET Engineer for a fully remote role. You will own automation across a platform combining voice, desktop, AI, and analytics, emphasizing automation, rapid regressions, and fast feedback to drive weekly deployments.

You will work in a startup-like environment within a larger organization, applying test strategies to high-throughput, low-latency systems, including AI outputs and event-driven flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SDET experience with automation focus.
• Proficient in Go and Python for real automation code.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated test pipelines.
• Familiarity with load, stress, and soak testing of high-throughput systems.
• Experience validating AI outputs and non-deterministic features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation-first QA for a platform integrating voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI.
• Drive fast, automated regression cycles supporting weekly deploys.
• Identify, isolate, and report defects quickly to enable dev teams to fix issues fast.
• Partner with engineering to optimize testing strategies in a startup-like, high-velocity environment.
