Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 5+ years of designing or architecture of large-scale systems.
• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/CS-related field; experience with Python, Java, C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the core simulation platform infrastructure for large-scale robotics development.
• Architect and scale cloud-native systems in AWS with distributed job orchestration.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for C++ and Python codebases.
• Develop tooling to manage simulation environments, assets, and artifacts across teams.
• Improve performance, reliability, and reproducibility via observability and profiling.
• Enforce software engineering best practices for maintainable architectures.
• Partner with robotics teams to productionize capabilities into robust software systems.
• Enable large-scale validation and benchmarking workflows through automation.
