Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer on the CTIO team to advance the sensor on Linux within a hybrid setting (Redmond, Sunnyvale, or Austin). The role focuses on core OS subsystems, cross-platform design, and feature ownership across sprints.

You will collaborate with multiple sensor teams, lead architectural initiatives, and guide cross-functional delivery for Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, contributing to CrowdStrike’s industry‑leading Falcon platform.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of C/C++ and Linux OS internals.
• Proven experience debugging memory corruption, process contentions and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong collaboration to deliver major features and releases.
• Ability to lead, mentor and communicate in a distributed team.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sensor development teams on architecture and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and develop new product features for cross-platform delivery.
