Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer to own design and development of the Linux sensor for Falcon Host. You will ship features across core OS subsystems, collaborating with a distributed team and aligning with Agile practices.

You will work on high-concurrency Linux/Unix code in a security-focused product, with on-site 2-3 days per week and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proficient in high-quality C/C++ code with strong Linux/Unix background.
• Experience with high-concurrency requirements and multi-threading.
• Familiarity with memory usage, performance, and standards conformance.
• Experience shipping major features in a team setting.
• Ability to communicate in a distributed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Linux software for deployment on servers.
• Own features from design to delivery across the platform.
