Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years programming in at least one language.
- 5+ years leading design or architecture of systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or team leader.
- 5+ years SDLC experience including standards and operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale an AI-powered design validation platform for servers.
- Own the design intelligence pipeline with AI agents for board reviews.
- Extend the platform to ingest complete design packages and derive tests.
- Collaborate across hardware and software teams to cut design cycles.
- Drive adoption and reduce design escapes to accelerate production.
