Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a Senior ScrumMaster to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach scrum teams in a DoD-focused environment at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-priority features.

You will mentor teams, lead sprint planning, and ensure adherence to Agile practices while engaging with requirements engineers to align on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate efforts, and deploy SharePoint and IIS using the .NET Framework.
• Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on practices and procedures.
• Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process.
• Use Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Monitor and track project progress and performance against plans.
• Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review customer requirements.
• Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and define tasks for each Sprint.
• Assist the team in defining Work in Progress and Sprint limits.
• Define Epics, Features, and Backlog items and estimate effort levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize new features and enhancements.
