Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master with 10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.

The role is remote and a 6-month contract, offering the opportunity to lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will remove blockers, keep teams focused on sprint goals, and partner with product owners, analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Salesforce delivery experience.
• Experience leading scrum ceremonies.
• Experience in fast-paced implementations beyond maintenance.
• Ability to remove blockers and keep teams focused on sprint goals.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, analysts, developers, admins, QA and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks; Scrum; SAFe a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, integrations and deployment.
• Strong communication and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences.
