StarTekk is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Salesforce platform delivery experience to lead Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced Salesforce implementation environment in Dallas.
The ideal candidate will manage Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers and QA, and drive delivery metrics, risk management, and successful release activities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience.
- Experience as Scrum Master leading Agile delivery teams.
- Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce release management and deployments.
- SAFe experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Agile execution.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
- Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers and impediments.
- Keep development, Salesforce administration, QA, and business teams aligned with sprint goals.
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate Salesforce implementation and release activities and processes.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Salesforce platform delivery experience to lead Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced Salesforce implementation environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking delivery metrics, and working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders. Candidates should have strong experience with Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and deployment processes is highly preferred. Experience working in fast-paced Salesforce implementation/delivery projects, not solely production support or O&M environments.
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including experience with one or more of:

- Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.

Must Have:
- 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience
- Scrum Master experience
- Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud experience
- Salesforce implementation/delivery experience
- Sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Blocker/impediment management
- Jira/Agile tools experience
- Strong stakeholder communication
- U.S. Citizenship
Preferred:
- CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Salesforce Admin/configuration experience
- SAFe experience
- Confluence / Zephyr
- Salesforce DevOps/release management experience

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Experience tracking velocity, sprint metrics, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and/or Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce configuration experience is highly desirable.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
