Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience including Agile experience.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience with Confluence and Gherkin is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates team collaboration and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures rapid and timely delivery of business value streams.
• Mentors and coaches the team, including the Product Owner, in Agile practices.
• Removes impediments and escalates when needed to resolve blockers.
• Supports and educates product owners on backlog refinement and decision making.
• Ensures effective communication within and across teams.
• Facilitates cross-functional meetings and reporting of progress.
