- 5+ years of related experience including Agile experience.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
- Experience with Confluence and Gherkin.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates collaboration and maximizes team performance.
- Ensures rapid and timely delivery of business value streams.
- Mentors and coaches teams in Agile practices.
- Removes impediments to team progress and escalates as needed.
- Supports product owners with backlog refinement and decision making.
