Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Scrum Master III to support the FAA's ATLAS modernization, leading multiple Agile teams and driving scaled Agile practices across the program.

The role requires coaching teams, implementing DevSecOps, and mentoring Scrum Masters, with remote work within the United States and Eastern Time hours. Compensation ranges from $119,000 to $141,000 annually, based on experience and security clearance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• 5-7 years leading Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles for software/platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting FAA initiatives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies across teams (planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, retrospectives).
• Lead Agile transformation and maturity initiatives; drive adoption across the program.
• Implement Agile at scale (PI planning, cross-team coordination, portfolio-level visibility).
• Mentor and develop other Scrum Masters on the program; build a community of practice.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and teams to align priorities.
