Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an AVP, Scrum Master II to coach one or more agile delivery teams within the Reference Data organization. You will help teams plan, execute, and improve while ensuring transparency and reliable delivery across SAFe practices.

The role focuses on facilitating PI planning, coordinating with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and RTEs, and maintaining Jira/Confluence as the single source of truth. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

4 year college degree in PM/CS/IS/Communications or related field.
7+ years leading two or more teams in Agile environments.
7+ years experience with Project and Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodologies.
2+ years experience coordinating offshore teams; SAFe/PI Planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and drive agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Standups, Retro, Inspect & Adapt).
Maintain transparency and reporting to Release Train Engineer and leadership.
Ensure Jira/Confluence are accurate, updated, and used as source of truth.
Track metrics like velocity, burn-down, and backlog health; manage risks and dependencies.
