Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master within multiple Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile values.
- Technical background with software development awareness.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant‑leadership skills.
- Ability to remove impediments and manage blockers.
Responsibilities
- Support up to three Agile teams with Scrum ceremonies.
- Lead Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure productive, time‑boxed ceremonies and clear goals.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Coach teams in self‑management and cross‑functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Promote agile practices and continuous improvement.
