Job summary

Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a fully remote capacity. You will guide agile teams, translate roadmaps into user stories, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions across production environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, an active Tier 3 Secret clearance, and a proven track record in SAFe or Scrum of Scrums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of work experience.
• Active Tier 3 Secret clearance.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and products using agile project management, learning and iterating frequently.
• Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap and translate into user stories.
• Lead the collaborative planning process and prioritize work against team capacity.
• Matrix-manage a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure all products meet the appropriate quality level for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
• Actively share knowledge of best practices.
