Job summary

Momentum, Inc. in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Agile Scrum lead to guide one or more teams and ensure timely delivery of products within scope.

You will champion Agile practices, help remove impediments, and coach teams toward continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are required; CSM or SAFe (SSM) is preferred. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• CSM or SAFe Agile (SSM) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
• Prior experience with Maryland Benefits systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Agile Scrum teams to deliver products within scope.
