Job summary

GCS Recruitment in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Applicants with hands-on experience as Scrum Masters or in related roles (PM, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst) and familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps will be welcomed. Certification (CSM/PSM) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leading Agile teams in Scrum environments.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events.
• Hands-on experience coaching Agile teams to improve delivery.
• Certification such as CSM/PSM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams and coach them to higher performance.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments to protect sprint scope.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and coaching.

• 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SASM, etc.) preferred
