The role requires PSM I and PSM II certifications, a BS degree in a technical field, and a proven ability to coach teams toward higher maturity within a telecommunications context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Scrum Master with 3+ years in personalization.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams toward higher maturity.

Responsibilities

• Guide Scrum teams in Agile/Scrum practices and Scrum events.
• Coach organization in Scrum adoption and process improvement with other Scrum Masters.
• Assess Scrum team maturity and tailor coaching to enhance capabilities.
• Support Product Owner in defining Product Goals and managing Backlog.
