Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Scrum Master & Personnel Manager to support NAVSUP OIS, delivering agile features across cross-functional teams. You will facilitate release and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and demos, while mentoring remote teams and coordinating with Development Services.

The role blends agile leadership with people development, performance oversight, and career growth across OIS teams; remote work is supported, with occasional travel to Mechanicsburg, PA and Yorktown, VA.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD Secret clearance to start; U.S. Citizen required for federal clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience; without a degree 4 additional years may be required.
• Strong Scrum/Agile knowledge, preferably within a SAFe organization.
• Experience in personnel management, team leadership, and performance development.
• Effective communication, self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Problem solving and sound judgment in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to support on-time delivery of customer-prioritized features.
• Facilitate Scrum rituals: release/sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Maintain transparency with metrics and assist removal of impediments.
• Coach product owners to maximize ROI and organizational goals.
• Support continuous improvement and identify external dependency risks.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination and provide mentorship for growth.
