First American Trust is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide agile teams through Lean-Agile practices and remove impediments, ensuring delivery flow and transparency. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership to strengthen Agile practices and align with business outcomes.

The role requires 5-7 years of Scrum experience, SAFe/CSM certification, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience applying Scrum and Agile methods.
• Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.

Mansioni

• Facilitate and drive effective Scrum and Agile events (daily sync, backlog refinement, iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build a safe, trusting, and inclusive team environment; address concerns through problem solving.
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog health, prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness.
• Help teams establish meaningful sprint goals and improve delivery predictability and quality.
• Identify, track, elevate, and remove impediments, risks, dependencies, and barriers.
• Lead structured problem-solving conversations addressing delivery challenges.
• Use Jira and other Agile tools to maintain delivery information and metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders and other Scrum Masters to resolve cross-team challenges.
• Prepare for and participate effectively in PI Planning and ART-level coordination events.
• Collaborate to evolve First American Trust's Lean-Agile operating model.
