Job summary
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to join our client in Memphis, TN. This role supports agile teams within a large technology organization, guiding scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, familiarity with multiple frameworks, and relevant certifications such as CSP, CSM, or PMI-ACP. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and offsite team members to optimize delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Experience with multiple frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum at Scale.
- Certification such as CSP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead distributed scrum teams including offsite members.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
- Support product owners with backlog refinement and velocity forecasting.
- Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity across teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and manage external dependencies.
