Job summary

Orchard LLC is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support the Migration Workstream of a major federal modernization program in Huntsville, AL. The role leads Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and ensures disciplined SAFe delivery across migration, ETL, data engineering, and testing teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, delivering sprint artifacts, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Scrum Master/Agile experience on federal or enterprise programs.
• Strong Agile/SAFe backlog management and multi-team coordination.
• Experience supporting data migration, ETL, and cloud-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, ETL, migration, QA, and cloud teams.
• Identify blockers, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare sprint reports and communicate health to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure acceptance criteria support high-quality data migration outcomes.
