• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years as Scrum Master on federal or enterprise programs.
• Strong Agile/SAFe knowledge, backlog management, sprint execution, and multi-team coordination.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the Migration workstream.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, ETL and cloud teams to align with migration architectures and schedules.
• Identify blockers and manage risks impacting large-scale data movement and delivery readiness.
• Prepare sprint reports, burn-down charts, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with QA to integrate automated testing and readiness for major migration milestones.
