The role demands active Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 8+ years in data migration or related fields. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Cloud, DevSecOps, and product teams, and shape migration strategies and artifacts.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of hands-on experience in data migration, ETL development, or large-scale data engineering.
• Expertise in structured/unstructured data transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience designing and operating advanced ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud migration (AWS preferred), big-data tooling, and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, enhancement, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data migration.
• Perform complex data extraction, transformation, governance, and cleansing activities.
• Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, DevSecOps, and Data Engineers across workstreams.
• Develop migration strategy, templates, and artifacts; identify risks and mitigations.
• Create migration documentation, dashboards, and KPI reports for compliance.
