Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional agile team across Security, Data and Networking domains as part of a cloud transformation project. You will coach the team, facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, remove impediments and drive continuous improvement in a large, fast-paced program delivering complex technology for business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise.
• Experience in an agile environment across roles (quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach).
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies and ceremonies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Guide, coach and motivate the team to increase productivity.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee scope, timeline, quality and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Remove impediments and guide the team to resolve them.
• Create a trusting environment with constructive conflict resolution.
• Facilitate discussions, decisions and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and present progress reports.
• Coordinate activities with other teams across the program.
• Partner with and support the Product Owner.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
• Coach the team to higher maturity and sustainable pace.
• Plan and facilitate release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC tenants and internal working agreements.
• Promote collaboration, accountability and visibility.
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics.
• Foster collaboration and creativity.
• Empower the team to commit and self-organize.
