Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced servant leader and coach for a cross-functional agile team operating in complex environments.
• Proven knowledge of agile software development methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach and motivate the team to increase productivity.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables.
• Remove impediments and guide the team to remove them.
• Build a trusting environment with collaborative problem solving.
• Coordinate with Product Owner and other teams.
• Facilitate planning and release/PI planning and retrospectives.
• Track progress with metrics and reporting.
