Qualifications

• 12–18 years of overall experience in engineering programs.
• At least 5 years managing Connected Automotive or Automotive Software programs.
• Experience with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project/program delivery from proposal through production deployment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality metrics.
• Lead global cross-functional teams comprising system architects, software engineers, cloud engineers, test engineers and business analysts.
• Coordinate vehicle connectivity, telematics, OTA, diagnostics and cloud platform initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication with customer leadership, product management and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and delivery processes.
• Establish governance reviews, status reporting, risk management and escalation management.
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution, release planning and sprint governance.
• Support business growth, resource planning, estimation and solution discussions.
