Job summary

Dexian is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in delivering banking and payment solutions. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of business value.

Collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders is essential to align backlog priorities and sprint goals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as Scrum Master, strong facilitation skills, and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile development methodologies, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Experience removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile project management and release management practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster self-organizing, collaborative teams focused on delivering business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management and Sprint goal alignment.
• Identify, escalated, and help remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Promote adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve Scrum processes while minimizing external distractions.
• Support Agile project planning, release readiness, and delivery transparency.
• Facilitate effective communication among business, product, technology, and operations partners.
