Job summary

Luxoft, a leading technology services provider, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join an Agile Delivery team in Phoenix, AZ. You will act as Scrum of Scrums Master for Platform Engineering, Platform Data, and related squads, coaching teams and removing impediments to accelerate delivery in a large-scale transformation.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, maintain sprint plans, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner with product owners and architects to align roadmaps and priorities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with 5+ years in project leadership and cross-functional work
• Willingness to align working hours with EST timezone and report to leadership
• Proven Scrum Master experience running Agile ceremonies and removing impediments
• Strong project management skills (risk tracking, logs, schedules, dependencies)
• Excellent communication with leadership-level reporting
• Experience with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP)

As part of this initiative internal teams are regularly trained with Agile ways of working with help of the professional coaching team.As part of the project you will join the team of Agile Delivery Managers and will have opportunity to work with people from various locations, cultures and parts of business within organization.

Responsibilities

• Primarily supporting as Scrum of Scrum Master for Platform Engineering, Platform Data, Platform Connectivity, and Monitoring but directly coordinating dependencies with ServiceNow CMDB and other product teams.
• Coaching for all Cloud & Edge scrum masters.
• Have expertise in AI to augment all agile processes with Copilot agents and shared prompts for team to use.
• Also, might need to help in strategic cross-platform workshops, including architecture and product alignment initiatives that require coordination among product owners, architects, engineering leads, and platform stakeholders. Supports preparation activities such as workshop agendas, stakeholder alignment, expectation surveys, and collaborative planning sessions, enabling faster decision-making and consensus-building.Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming)Maintain sprint plans, velocity tracking, and capacity forecasts on Azure DevOpsProvide clear and proactive communication of project progress, risks, issues, and blockersManage cross-team dependencies, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project artifacts (roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports), partnering with Data Product ManagerPartner with Data Product Manager and Business Leads to ensure alignment on priorities and scopeFacilitate collaboration across engineering, data, product, and business teamsDrive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the teamEnsure delivery readiness and support leadership with executive-level updates

SKILLS

Must have
