Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a seasoned project delivery professional to lead enterprise application implementations and cross-functional initiatives. You will apply Agile and Scrum practices, drive execution, and engage stakeholders across teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in Agile delivery or Scrum master roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing enterprise application implementations and integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Certified Scrum MasterCSM, Professional Scrum MasterPSM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with Blue YonderBY, project44P44,transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems.
• Experience managing vendor-led implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness activities.

Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Delivery. Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
