Job summary

You will lead all Scrum ceremonies, help the Product Owner with backlog refinement, and drive adoption of Agile engineering practices including ATDD, TDD, CI, and CD.

Qualifications

• Defines Stories and prioritizes the Team / Product Backlog for program priorities.
• Identifies Epics and stories; collaborates with business.
• Gen AI use case experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure DOR/DOD acceptance criteria is followed.
• Own and help resolve impediments; protect the team from external interference.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain the backlog and ensure timely delivery.
