Job summary

ACDC is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to guide 2-3 agile teams in delivering high-quality products. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Managers and Delivery Leaders to maximize value and reliability across releases.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, transparency, and continuous improvement, with a focus on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and metrics-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and meetings at multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a focus on delivering value through agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming/refinement, backlog sizing, and sprint planning.
• Identify impediments and work with leadership to remove them to keep teams delivering.
• Coach teams to higher levels of performance and foster a safe, trusting environment.
• Provide visibility through metrics, dashboards, and information radiators to support planning and transparency.
• Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leaders to maximize value and ensure alignment.
