Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in complex environments.
• CSM or PSM II or higher certification required.
• Proven success building self-organizing Agile teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management and change skills.
• Experience guiding organizations through Agile adoption and transformation.
• Independent worker who collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams toward higher maturity, accountability, and predictability.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate blockers as needed.
• Partner with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and leadership to align priorities.
• Promote psychological safety and healthy team dynamics.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospective outcomes and feedback.
• Protect teams from external disruptions and keep focus on sprint commitments.
• Support Agile transformation and adoption of organizational Agile standards.
• Track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity and team performance.
