Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint and release planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Manage JIRA board and backlog for sprint execution.
Coordinate inter-contract dialogue to deliver cohesive products.
Improve transparency through communication and information sharing.
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and story decomposition.
Identify and remove impediments to enable release goals.
Promote team accountability, collaboration, and visibility.
