Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams, championing Scrum ceremonies, governance and continuous improvement. You will serve as a liaison between Product and Technical teams, helping to remove impediments and drive high-impact software initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years as Scrum Master, experience with distributed teams, and proven ability to coach, facilitate, and report on team metrics using Jira and Confluence within a SAFe/Agile environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• 9+ years of Scrum Master experience with application/service teams
• Experience managing multiple distributed teams building Java/Windows or web apps
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting decisions, risks, actions
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• CSM, A-CSM or equivalent certification
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

• Serve as a Servant Leader by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of Agile processes across teams.
• Quickly understand product/project details and support planning and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Managers to guide decision-making on high-value features.
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve impediments and address risks.
• Support reporting of team metrics to promote transparency in productivity and velocity.
• Help prioritize cross-team work and track interdependencies.
• Attend Scrum of Scrums (SOS) meetings and communicate potential delivery impacts.
• Mentor and train teams on Agile practices and principles.
• Act independently to surface and resolve issues.
• Coordinate QA and production release activities and follow up on issue resolution.
