Job summary

National Philanthropic Trust is seeking an Agility Lead to serve as Scrum Master for delivery teams within the IT Delivery Center of Excellence. You will coach teams in Scrum and Kanban, drive flow metrics, and help raise delivery maturity across the organization.

You'll collaborate with the Center of Excellence lead and the Jira/Confluence engineer to optimize processes, improve planning, and deliver reliable outcomes. A minimum of 5 years in Agile roles and strong coaching skills are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of Agile delivery experience
Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Experience coaching Product Owners and technical leads
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for your Scrum teams and coach Kanban teams on flow, WIP, and service expectations
Run and continually improve team ceremonies with preparation and follow-through
Coach Product Owners on backlog health, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management
Remove impediments at team level and escalate to Center of Excellence leadership
Prepare teams for quarterly planning, manage dependencies, and coordinate Scrum of Scrums
