Job summary

Regions, based in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, coach on SAFe/Scrum practices, and remove impediments to deliver value. This role focuses on transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

The position requires extensive experience with Agile methods, strong facilitation, and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders while promoting self-organization. Onsite work with regional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant business/development support, user story creation, writing, and estimation.
• Experience with Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Program Increment planning sessions.
• Prepares and provides all program-level reporting.
• Focuses the Agile team on delivering planned value.
• Reinforces SAFe and Scrum principles to help teams meet objectives.
• Guides teams and the organization on using Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Coordinates with DevOps, System Teams, and other Scrum Masters to share information.
