Job summary

MultiPlan is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will coach teams toward higher maturity, drive continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong SAFe/PI Planning background, and proven ability to deliver value while maintaining a sustainable pace in distributed settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or 4+ years related experience.
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Experience with distributed (offshore/remote) teams.
• Extensive SAFe and PI Planning experience.
• Advanced Scrum Master Certification or SAFe certification preferred.
• Experience with SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Help teams become high performing, predictable, empowered, and self-organized.
• Coach teams in Agile delivery best practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Protect teams from external distractions and ensure sustainable pace.
• Measure delivery maturity, track KPIs, and report findings.
